Before you book, you may want to check our normal opening times.
If you think your appointment may take some time, please ask for a double appointment.

To book an appointment you can either:
- visit get help and advice online
- call the surgery
- go into the surgery

The i-HEART phoneline is open on:
- Monday to Friday, 4pm to 6pm
- weekends and bank holidays, 8am to 9.30am
Cancelling an appointment
If you cannot keep an appointment, let us know as soon as possible so that we can give it to someone else.
At your appointment
If you arrive late
If you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we’ll ask if you want to either:
- wait to be seen - this could take several hours
- book another appointment
If you’re more than 9 minutes late, we’ll ask you to book another appointment.
If the surgery is closed
If the situation is urgent and you do not know what to do, you can:
- go to 111.nhs.uk (for people aged 5 and over only)
- call 111
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Call 999 if it's a medical emergency
Call 999 if someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Medical emergencies include:
- loss of consciousness
- an acute confused state
- fits that are not stopping
- chest pain
- breathing difficulties
- severe bleeding that cannot be stopped
- severe allergic reactions
- severe burns or scalds
